You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Fun Time Fire Truck and their respective members, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, damages, actions, costs, losses, claims and expenses (including attorney’s fees) on account of personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property or profits arising out of or resulting in whole or in part from any act of omission, negligence, fault or violation of law or ordinance on your behalf or on the behalf of your members, employees, agents, guests, or invitees or any other person in connection with the use of the fire truck with your implied or expressed consent or permission. Such indemnification shall apply unless such damages or injury result from the sole negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct of Fun Time Fire Truck, its officers, employees or agents.
