Fire Truck Birthday Parties
Time:
Fire truck 1 ½ hour truck rental. Our fire truck will come to your party so your children can climb, play and take photos with the fire engine and also receive a 10-15 minute fire safety message from a REAL firefighter. The birthday child will be given a ride in the fire truck around the neighborhood with their family members.
An additional 30 minutes with the fire truck may be requested for an additional $50.00 fee. This request must be made when the party is scheduled.
You may request activities/games at additional cost.
Cost:
$200.00 ( no limit on the number of participants )
A 75.00 deposit is required at the time of reservation. This is a non refundable deposit, unless canceled by Fun Time Fire Truck.
Full payment of the remainder is required no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled party.
Distance:
Fun Time Fire Truck will operate in the Midlands of South Carolina, however, those parties outside of a 20 mile radius from Columbia, South Carolina will incur an additional fee of .90 cents a mile, after 20 miles, based on a Map Quest distance from 1100 Lake Murray Blvd., Columbia, South Carolina, 29212 to the party address. This is subject to change without notice.
Fun Time Fire Truck will provide the following:
1 ½ hour with the fire engine for photos, 2 games, climbing and playing and a 10-15 minute fire safety message. Actual firefighter gear for dressing up and photos on the truck and a ride in the fire truck for the Birthday child and a parent ONLY.
You will provide:
Adequate Supervision of children
All food and drinks for the children
Decorations
Games and activities
Set-up of the party
Clean-up of the party
Cancellations:
All use of the fire engine may be canceled with no prior notice due to mechanical problems. If Fun Time Fire Truck is unable to conduct the party set forth in this agreement, Fun Time Fire Truck may terminate this agreement and will refund all monies, including deposits in lieu of any and all other damages of whatever kind and nature that might otherwise be available under applicable law.
Complete cancellations must be made within seven (7) days of your event whereupon any paid event fees will be refunded minus the $75.00 deposit (plus the $25.00 adjustment fee if a rescheduled event).
Cancellations due to bad weather, must be made prior to two (2) hours before we are scheduled to appear and then any paid amounts may be refunded (minus the nonrefundable $75.00 deposit) or may be applied to a rescheduled date and time.
Safety:
Safety is our highest priority. Fun Time Fire Truck shall always have the right to remove any person from the fire truck for any reason, which in the opinion Fun Time Fire Truck deems necessary or appropriate.
Smoking and/or alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the fire truck or equipment associated with Fun Time Fire Truck.
No person is allowed to ride on the fire truck without a seat belt. Children need to be properly supervised when around the fire truck AT ALL TIMES. The fire truck is a full size, real fire truck, with many compartments, equipment and sharp edges. While the children are on the truck, an adult is required to accompany the children. The birthday child will get a ride in the fire truck. The child shall being wearing a seatbelt and accompanied by a parent or guardian. All children and adults need to have on shoes.
This agreement must be construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of South Carolina. The customer must, without additional cost to Fun Time Fire Truck, obtain any necessary licenses and/or permits, and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations when required.
